Heat up a pan, add coconut oil and allow to get hot. Add chopped onions and allow to fry for 3 min. Add the chopped pepper, tomatoes, red bell pepper and allow to fry for 3 min.
Add coconut milk, water, MAGGI Cube then bring to boil. Add the smoked fish deboned, shrimp and rice. Allow cooking for 25min
Cut the green bell pepper into dice then add to rice and add the coconut flakes as well. Let simmer for 5min
