Wash all vegetable and cut into big slices. Put the vegetable and herbs into a baking plate and grill in the oven.
Add the cooked chicken into hot pan and brown then remove and set aside. In the same pot add curry, thyme and ginger/garlic them stir fry for 2 min.
Add the roughly blended tomato and allow to fry for 15 min, stirring at intervals.
Add in MAGGI Arome Tablet and stock or water, chicken and stir, cover and allow to stew for 15 minutes
