Pour the palm fruit extract into a pot and leave to boil for 10 min. Chop roughly the onion and the red bell pepper and add the pot. Let boiling for 10 min until the oil begins to rise to the top of palm fruit juice.
Cut chicken breast into slice and add the pot Add now the crayfish powder, MAGGI Cube and water. Stir and bring to boil 10min. Add the rice and allow boiling 15min.
Dice the carrot and add to the rice. Then reduce the heat for simmering for 10min.
